KHADIJAH ALLEN

Khadijah Allen is a Community Engagement and Outreach Project Manager at Odonnell Company. She oversees projects for state agencies such as the Office of Early Childhood, the Connecticut State Department of Education, and other governmental agencies. She holds her MA in International Affairs from The New School and her BA in Communications from Western New England University. Her previous roles include Commitment to Action Logistics Coordinator with the Clinton Foundation. Her ultimate career goal is to continue making leaps in the world of project management.

In her free time, Khadijah enjoys her position as Founder of the Hartford Book & Sip Club, where she bonds with young women over good books and tasty drinks. She thrives on building community amongst her peers.
