NASHALI PAGÁN-RIVERA

Nashali Pagán currently works as a Victim Witness Advocate for the Hampden District Attorney’s Office in Springfield, MA, where she serves as the liaison between victims of criminal cases and prosecutors. In her role, she provides guidance to victims throughout the court process and supports prosecutors in building their cases. As a first-generation professional, Nashali is familiar with the challenges of navigating different areas of life without clear guidance and is passionate about being a support system for those who share similar backgrounds.

Her work includes collaboration with the Center for Social Justice, where she helped establish Free Legal Kiosks in Springfield, educated the community on racial inequalities, and gained experience in restorative justice practices. Nashali is excited to contribute to the Just Us Movement's mission, as she is deeply passionate about working collaboratively to create meaningful change.
